Celerity Sirius Charter opened in 2011 for students in kindergarten through 5th grades. The school has various programs with a group based learning environment that encourages and excites at risk students to do their best and to achieve success. Celerity Sirius Charter also provides summer, evening, and after school programs.
At this time, Celerity Sirius Charter does not offer any extra curricular activities, sports, or student clubs.
Parents agree they are thankful that the school opened and is helping their children learn in a caring environment. The teachers are very understanding and work with students on an individual basis. Students really enjoy school and state they like their teachers. The only disappointment is the lack of activities and sports. Most parents and students would like to see teams and students clubs offered at the school.
At the time of this writing, the Academic Performance Index and results of the California Standards Tests were not available.
Since the test results were not available it would be a good idea to visit with teachers and parents that have students attending the school before making a decision to enroll your child. To find a school that fits your own child’s learning style will be the best educational option.
