For Example 4, can you substitute the -30 with -3(2x - 4y) instead of solving for x?
I still got the same answer, and it requires less work.
If this does not make sense, please correct it!
Thank you!

For example 2, why didn't you just add 10 to each side of the equation? Then you can simplify from there. In the end, I got q=2(p - 3pq + 5) instead. If there is anything wrong with my response, please correct it. Thank you!

Hello Dr. Carleen Eaton, I question on the 3rd example. When u did the 2nd equation which was 2z - 6 >/ -8. When u add the 6 to the other  side, Shouldn't it be a -2 instead of -6.

Thank you

Hi Dr. Eaton,
Thank you for making Algebra understandable. I am a homeschool student and my Mom is wondering how to test me on this information? Do you have tests available or know how we can find tests that fit your syllabus/curriculum?
Thank you,
Wesley

Thank you for your lecture. However, I have a question.

Around 22:03 you mentioned that potassium is negatively charged. It should be positively charged. My question is does this affect any of your later concepts presented here?
