The additional example 4 doesnt seem to be playable for me on ie7 win xp.

Hyperbolas

  • Understand the concepts of vertices, transverse axis, and conjugate axis.

  • Understand the role of the asymptotes in graphing a hyperbola. Know their equations.

  • Understand the fundamental equation c2 = a2 + b2.

  • Use symmetry to help you graph a hyperbola.
