On number 13, you can ignore the triangle method if it confuses you, because |x| does not apply as 1 and zero are > 0, so the answer is the same 1/2.

Number 15 has an error at the end which alters the answer (which is not even shown). It should be the inverse sine (1) - inverse sine (1.3) = 1.23

example 14, not a typo, the square root should be at the bottom because it was the the negetive 1/2 power
