Steve, great information on Servers, especially interested in the Apache, as I have been talking with a friend on setting up an e-commerce site and the best way to test before going live.

Steve, you don't really explain how to set up the server. You can't explain students at an introductory course to know how to setup and run a server. it's not really intuitive for the average windows/office user.
